GERMANY: actors with English for short
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT FIT EXACTLY A ROLE AND ARE RESIDENT IN GERMANY! My name is Miholyn Soon and I am co-directing a short Drama film in Berlin this summer with my partner, Sassan Salamian. We are looking for 3 characters: 1. A woman between the acting age of 20-40, who is able to speak German and understand English well enough so that we can communicate with problems. Preferably some knowledge on knowing how to dance a waltz, but not required. 2. A man between the acting age of 45-70, who is able to speak German and understand English well enough so that we can communicate with problems. Preferably some knowledge on knowing how to dance a waltz, but not required. 3. A woman between the acting age of 45-70, with English skills good enough that we can communicate with problems. Here is a bit about myself: My recent credentials include screening my documentary “The Sculpted” at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival, an interview on The Guardian, as well as winning “Best Picture” and “Best Director” at Campus Moviefest, the largest student film festival in the world. We plan to finish production around the dates June 19th-29th. As we are independent filmmakers funding our own film we don’t have the budget to pay you. However, we will cover all your travel expenses and provide food every day of the shoot. We also plan to submit the film to the 2016 Berlinale Film Festival. Please contact me via E-mail if you are interested:
