GB: Yoruba speaking actors for short

Hi everyone, my name is Tomisin Adepeju and I am currently studying a Masters in Film Directing at Met Film School, based in Ealing Studios. I am currently casting for a short film that I shall be making for one of my modules in school. The film is a tense, family drama that explores themes such as culture, Identity, family, religion and race. It follows a young, Nigerian man called Kunle who is placed in a difficult predicament where he has to confess to his strict, religious Nigerian family that he has been going out with a white woman and that he is expecting a child with her. The shoot will take place on the 22nd and 23rd of October in South East London. This is a paid role; food and refreshments will be provided and you will receive a copy of the final film. am currently casting for THREE lead roles: * TOBA OMOWOLE: Playing Age: 40: 60. Black/African. Toba is the father of our main protagonist. He is an African man who was born and raised in Nigeria, but moved to England in his late thirties. He is fluent in Yoruba and will be conversing in the language in the film * KUNLE OMOWOLE: Playing Age: 18: 30. Black/African. Kunle is our protagonist. He was born in Nigeria but moved to England when he was twelve years old. He is fluent in Yoruba and will be conversing in the language in the film. * ADENIKE OMOWOLE: Playing Age: 40: 60. Black/African. Adenike is Kunle’s mother. She was born and raised in Nigeria but moved to England in her late thirties. She is fluent in Yoruba and will be conversing in the language in the film Upon its completion, the film will be submitted to several International film festivals.
