CV Size
Your CV (or résumé) should be in PDF format, about 1 or 2 pages long.
When you submit for a job, your CV will be automatically attached to your submission and be sent by email to the casting director. Because it is sent by email, it should not be too big. In fact, a CV file should be a maximum of about 250kb.
If you AutoCheck your profile and it says your CV is too large, you need to resize it.
How to resize your CV
There are many different ways to resize your CV and this is just one method.
- Go to this site: https://pdfresizer.com/resize
- Select your PDF CV from your device and then upload it
- You can generally keep the settings at their default and then click to resize
When you’ve resized your CV, simply go to your profile, delete the old CV and upload the new one.
