We’re casting for an upcoming short film planned to be shot this summer in the North Westphalia région de Allemagne.

A Virtuous Woman a short psychological film written by Jon Darcelien

A stuck-up social media influencer loses the ability to attract new men into her life, after an awkward date with a peculiar man.

Production begins in May 2021. Auditions will take place over the course of two rounds. Both rounds will be by video submission. You may use Vimeo, private YouTube link, or whichever platform you’re comfortable with.

Round One Audition Dates: January 15, 2021 – March 1,2021

Once we receive your headshot or resume through email, our team will email you a brief passage of the script, in which you must creatively interpret. ALL interested candidates must first submit a video audition before they may be eligible for the second round.

Please note the dates listed when round one begins and ends.

After March 1, 2021, we will no longer accept any more submissions from the first round.

After video submissions are complete for round one, we will draw up a shortlist of candidates we’d like to see again. Once our list is complete, we will send out second round invitations through email. We will give more information regarding the second round at a later time.

Compensation: This is not a paid gig, but the opportunity is great for experience, to get your name out there, and for networking opportunities. We will provide meals and lodging for cast members, and perhaps even travel.
