For a short film drama titled ’Loved’.

SYNOPSIS: ”Loved” is an 18-minute short story set in reverse, exploring the highs and lows of a bittersweet romance between Lili (25) and Chris (24) in Berlin. As the story unravels, each character re-defines and learns their own definition and worthiness of love through being “loved” by the other.

Shooting in Berlin on March 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st. 

In-Person Casting – first round between 19th and 23rd February.

Currently unpaid, but we are exploring a flat sum as a gesture of gratitude. The exact amount will be determined in consultation with the selected talent and the director of the project.

About the character: Chris, 24, is a caring "golden retriever" boyfriend with an avoidant nature in conflict. An overthinker, he holds back emotions verbally but exudes defeat in body language. Patience and people-pleasing define him, yet his learned boundaries and self-respect ultimately save him.

About the character: Lili, 25, possesses a cheeky and witty personality, dominating a room with her extroverted nature. While direct and emotionally intense, her weakness lies in expressing herself healthily. Her eyes reveal unspoken emotions and unmet needs, while her verbal speech is layered in defense and sarcasm.
