about the project
For GROOVYTOWN, an upcoming feature zombie film in the vein of horror-comedy classics like BRAINDEAD, SHAUN OF THE DEAD and of course EVIL DEAD II – set in Prague.
Logline: A college student attempting to overcome his fear of life is thrown head-first into an existential crisis when Covid hits…and that’s before the virus starts turning people into zombies.
Shooting over three weeks in November 2022; however, we will also be filming some preliminary footage over the course of two to three days at the end of August / beginning of September.
