Light proof of concept for a forthcoming feature film.
A love story set in Limasol and Nicosia 15 years after the Turkish invasion of 1974. The main characters are Stavros, a wedding photographer and veteran and Anna, the daughter of a wealthy shipping magnate, who meet at her engagement party.
Casting actor to basically be in a photo shoot in different locations, 1 day with a 1 day hold, November 16 and 17th.

STAVROS CONSTANTINOU is a wedding photographer based in Limasol, a veteran of the Turkish Invasion of 1974, who returns every year to a hotel room in Nicosia where he took cover with a Greek soldier after losing touch with his own unit. Only Stavros left alive, a miracle that he eventually questions. Outwardly, he is very social, with Zorba-like passion and is loved by all. Alone we see how he is still touched by what he experienced in that room.
ANNA MARKIDES is the second child and oldest daughter of PANAYIOTIS MARKIDES, a small-time cargo ship owner whose fortunes changed after the invasion and who aspires to be an Onassis like figure. Anna is engaged to the son of a much wealthier shipping magnate, but wants no part of that world. She and Stavros meet when he is photographing her engagement party. Anna is torn between the world her father is trying to build and the world where she can just be left alone to pursue her art and live humbly.
